The school is affiliated to Basel Christian Church of Malaysia Chinese General Council Manggatal and was founded in 1967. Initially attached to Lok Yuk Primary School, and thereafter the number of students increased and a three-storey building and auditorium was built in 1985.
This kindergarten is one of the Chinese schools, and it provides a comprehensive educational environment for the members of the association and the society, especially the Chinese community.
